Elevator maintenance can be divided into one-year maintenance, half-year maintenance, monthly maintenance, and weekly maintenance.

Basic requirements for elevator weekly maintenance:

2.2.2. Motor

a. There should be no friction sound, collision sound or other noise during the operation of the motor. If there is abnormal sound, stop the ladder to check if any foreign matter intrudes into the sliding bearing and the bearing is damaged.

b. The motor oil level should be near the center of the oil mirror.

c. The ambient temperature of the motor should not be higher than 40 °C, and the temperature rise should not be higher than the nameplate.

d. The motor bearing capacity is not more than 4mm. 2.3. Brakes.

2.3. 1. The action is stable and reliable, does not slip, and the contact surface of the brake shoe is not less than 70%.

2.3.2. When the brake is not opened, the brake shoe should be tightly closed, and the wheel should not be moved by hand.

3.1. Reducer,

3.4. Speed ​​limit system,

3.4.1. Remove foreign matter and oil from the clamp jaws.

3.4.2. Refuel the pin shaft.

3.4.3. Check the wheel slots of the governor wheel and the tensioner for abnormal wear.

3.4.4. Check that the tensioning device and electrical switch and operation are normal.

3.5. Control cabinet, excitation cabinet.

3.5.1. Check each electrical component and instrument, and adjust and replace insensitive and damaged components in time.

3.5.2. Check the ablation of contactors and relay contacts. If the bumps are not flat, repair or replace the contacts.

3.5.3. Check the mechanical interlocking device and adjust the unreliable action.

3.6. Wire rope,

3.6.1. Check the corrosion and wear of the steel wire rope. The rope head bolts should be locked and the opening pins are ready.

3.6.2. The tension of the wire rope should be uniform.
